The journey to Ma’s Serenity Bookkeeping began long before ledgers or laptops—I carry forward a heritage built on diligence, optimism, and community spirit. As a proud seventh-generation Californian, my ancestors arrived during the Gold Rush with a belief in possibility and a work ethic that carried dreams forward, even when the path was unclear. The matriarchs in my family were visionaries and entrepreneurs who realized their American Dreams while lifting those around them. I am no different.
Guided by those same values, I spent decades navigating Corporate America at the highest levels—leading global strategic initiatives, managing complex portfolios across industries, and crafting financial strategies that delivered lasting results. I earned both of my degrees while working full-time, realizing my dream of an MBA with an emphasis in Sustainability and Green Information Technology in 2014.
Later, mentoring entrepreneurs in community college classrooms deepened my commitment to thoughtful guidance and patient instruction. Founding this boutique firm allowed me to weave together my passions — local heritage, business expertise, and a dedication to nurturing small ventures.
